Outdoor lessons still available in the park on Fridays and Saturdays

If you are sick… Stay home. No fevers or coughing allowed 

Masks are required once again.

Students must wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before entering / returning to the mat.

Private lessons (online or in-person) are available for people at higher risks.
