In order to allow for safe in person classes while maintaining our high quality and personalized instruction, Wolchek Academy will be operating under a roster based system starting Monday, May 18, 2020. The last two weeks of May will have classes entirely online via zoom, but will be following the roster schedule. We will be monitoring the situation closely, and if we deem it safe to do so we will open the studio for in-person classes starting in June. We will continue to keep you posted of our plans, so look out for our emails, and keep an eye on the website.
Under the roster based system, students will be assigned to a group based on age and ability level. These groups will be limited to 8 for fewer student per Covid19 Guidelines. Active students should receive an email telling them which group they are in, and what their class time is. If you have not received an email, and would like to be included in the summer roster, email us at boulderwama@gmail.com, and we will put you in a group.
Unlike before, when students could show up at any applicable class, students are now bound to a specific class time. Groups will either be on a Monday-Wednesday-Saturday or a Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday schedule. Students are not required to show up to every class, but it is encouraged. Students are restricted from attending classes outside of their assigned group.
We appreciate your patience and support through this transition. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
